These Terms govern your access to and use of CogniSeek, including free analysis features, paid premium reports, and account-based history restoration.
1. Service Description
CogniSeek provides model-generated, probability-based guidance intended to assist users in searching for lost items or pets.
The service is informational in nature and does not guarantee recovery, accuracy, or any specific real-world outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must use CogniSeek in compliance with applicable laws and provide truthful information when creating an account or purchasing premium features.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Accounts
Some parts of the service require sign-in through supported authentication providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, bypass access controls, or exploit payment logic.
5. System Outputs and Disclaimers

6. Billing
Certain premium features require payment before access is granted. The current premium unlock is sold as a one-time digital purchase and the final price is shown at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree that access to paid digital features may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
7. Access After Purchase
The current premium unlock is not sold as a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew.
Access may be suspended or revoked if payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent.
8. Intellectual Property
The CogniSeek brand, interface, prompts, software, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use your purchased reports for personal or internal use, but you may not resell or reproduce the platform as a competing service.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create platform risk, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.
You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogniSeek is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on system-generated outputs.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, pricing model, legal requirements, or operational practices evolve.
Your continued use of the service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
