Refund Policy
This policy explains how CogniSeek handles refunds for one-time digital premium analysis purchases.
1. Digital Service Nature
CogniSeek sells digital analysis and premium access delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
Because delivery can begin immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once premium content has been unlocked or consumed.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may review refund requests in cases such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, technical failures that prevented delivery of the purchased feature, or successful payment where premium access was not properly delivered.
Requests must include the purchase email, order details, and a description of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for dissatisfaction with probability-based system results, successful delivery of unlocked premium content, or failure to recover the item after using the report.
Refunds may also be denied where misuse, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or policy violations are involved.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or billed incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
If confirmed, the duplicate or incorrect portion will be refunded through the original payment method where available.
5. No Recurring Subscription
The current premium unlock is sold as a one-time digital purchase and does not renew automatically.
If CogniSeek introduces recurring plans in the future, their renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed separately before purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund or billing support request to our contact email using the same email address associated with your purchase whenever possible.
We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and assess eligibility.
7. Review Time
We aim to review billing and refund requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3 to 7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment channel, subject to payment processor timing.
